I had remembered the time difference incorrectly, so I did not realize that it was as bad as that.

The biggest compromise is between Japan and the west coast. We could do the tracking meeting at 9:00 am. If so, that would be 6:00 am in California and 10:00 pm in Japan during daylight saving time. Would the west coast contingent go for that?
