Dear Xiaofeng,

Thank you for your comments and suggestions.

I have revised my proceedings and you can find it in the following link;

https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/node/56188

Please kindly let me know if you have further comments or suggestions.

Best regards,

Risa

Hi Risa,

     Nice proceedings,
     Please find my comments/suggestions below :

1. In the abstract, the last few sentence, suggest to modify to : "In
this paper, we present the results of higher-order fluctuations up to
the sixth-order from p+ p collisions at √ s = 200 GeV. It provides
precise physics baselines to be compared to Au + Au collisions. The
positive signs of the fifth- and sixth-order fluctuation in p+p
collisions are observed and their multiplicity dependence are found to
connect smoothly to those from Au + Au collisions. "

2. If protons and antiprotons follow Poisson distributions
  -> If protons and antiprotons follow independent Poisson distributions

3. assuming that efficiencies follow binomial distributions
-> assuming that detector responses follow binomial model

4. Page 3, bottom:
   √ sNN 200 GeV
->   √ sNN = 200 GeV

5. Page 4, summary  :
√ s 200 GeV
->   √ s = 200 GeV (some times use √ sNN, please make it consistent in
the paper)

6. Delete “This could not be the case for p+ p collisions.” In the last
sentence of summary.

7. Ref. 5, Cn the sign of kurtosis near the QCD critical point -> on the
sign of kurtosis near the QCD critical point

With those implemented, I sign off.

Thank you,
Best Regards,
Xiaofeng
