Hi Youquan,

STAR Management has asked me to take a look at a few posters, including yours. The poster looks very nice.

Please find some minor suggestions below:

- Introduction section:

- Second bullet is not clear. Which type of phase transition do you talk here? Please mention.

  I do not think that anyone expects significant time delays in particle emission due to changes of the phase transition type anymore. That has been also demonstrated with the model calculations.

- The text at the last bullet: Please make it normal and not italic (not for the equation).

- STAR Fixed-Target Setup section:

- Extend the \mu_B to -> Extend the \mu_B region up to

- Correlation function section

- Second bullet is not clear. I guess you wanted to say that extracted source radii decrease with increasing k_T due to the flow and also radii for central collisions are larger than those for the peripheral ones due to the initial overlapping geometry.

- Last bullet: are larger than -> are larger than that for …; most visible

- Energy dependence of Parameters section:

- Middle figure. Add dimension for Rout^2 - Rside^2 excitation function.

-  are smaller than -> are smaller than those from

- Last bullet:  -> V=… varies weakly with energy and does not

- Last bullet: I suggest to remove “, as in E895”

- Summary section:

- Second bullet: -> discussed the dependence of

- That point is very strong. The difference is not very large (a few % in CF for small kT and central collisions only),

           so I suggest to remove word “significant”

- Reference section:

- Make sure you use the same style for the references

Cheers,

Grigory

Dear Youquan,

I have a few comments on your nice poster presentation.

With these considered, I sign off.

Best regards,
Toshihiro

(General)
- Please insert a space before the citation number, e.g., “contributions [1]”.

(Introduction)
- “has been shown” -> “have been shown”

(Energy Dependence of Parameters)
- 1st bullet: R_out values are smaller…
- 2nd bullet: less than -> smaller than

(Summary)
- 1st bullet: At the end of the sentence, replace “。” by a period.
- 2nd bullet: … dependencies of the extracted physics parameters on collision energy, centrality, and k_T.
- 3rd bullet: significant differences

Hi Youquan,

Please find my comments on your nice poster.

Youquan Qi(qyq@… ) -> Youquan Qi (qyq@..) (please add a space after your name and the bracket)
Remove the comma after your email.

Abstract:
In this poster, we report -> We report

Introduction:
correlation functions -> correlations (or femtoscopic or HBT correlations)
has been shown to be sensitive -> is sensitive
pion-emitting source the duration -> pion-emitting source, the duration
the details of resonance decay -> the resonance decay
contributions[1] -> contributions [1] (put a space)

If QGP transition takes place -> If the transition to QGP takes place
Significantly[2] -> significantly [2] (put a space)

I suggest to rephrase the folowing bullet:
C(\vec{q}) = \frac {N_{same(\vec{q})}} {D_{mixed(\vec{q})}};
veq{q} = \vec{q_1} - \vec{q_2} (or leave as relative momentum)
N_{same}(\vec{q}): pairs from the same event (includes quantum statistics and final state interactions)
D_{mixed}(\vec{q}): pairs from different events
(Remember to put a space between text and a reference)
Bowler-Sinyukov function[4][5] -> Bowler-Sinyukov formula [4,5]
Define \lambda parameter, q_{inv}, K(q_inv), N

STAR Fixed-Target Setup:
\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 3.0 -13.7 GeV -> \sqrt{s_{NN}} = 3.0 - 7.7 GeV
750 MeV -> ~720 MeV (you can illustrate with the QCD phase diagram)

Correlation Functions:
Please define k_T

Energy Dependence of Parameters:
I would remove the statement about statistical and systematic uncertainties added in quadrature.
Can you add the possible interpretation that source sizes for negative and positive pions are different?
Try to make the bullets shorter. I suggest to mention basic statements about long sentences.

Summary:
Try to please make the bullets shorter (the same content by expressed with shorter statements).

With those implemented, I sign off.
Enjoy the conference!

Thanks,
Hanna
