Dear Chunjian

This is very nice abstract, I would have one minor suggestion to include “relation to the” 

before the “quadrupole”, which you might like to consider. Although you would also be 

showing the correlation between vn and mean pt, you would not mention in the title, 

because you focus on the BES just with mean pt, right? You have my sign off.
