Hi Zhenyu,
So you will really commit 32 APV chips to hybrids which will not be used with sensors? (And even if so, there is a purpose to reading all those out simultaneously? I'm not sure... But it is ok of course.)

Hi Gerard,

I was thinking about 4 (2+2), but then wrote 6 (3+3) to be on the safer side
in case things fail or connectors get damaged during plugging/unplugging. 4
is ok.

hi Zhenyu,
Will the V2 T boards ever be used with a sensor? If not, do we really
want to make 6? I'm not sure of the point of making so many (with cables and
Nicomatic connectors and all).

Thanks for the nice work, Mike/Steve.
If I remember correctly, you have six V2 T_boards. About the direction of the
cable for these T_boards, please make two more that is the same as the one
you did, and the other three with a right angle turn but from the other
direction than the one you did.
We will also need a few (six) V2.1 T_boards assembled once SDU get the new
boards. How many spare cables will you have after the above V2 T_board
assembly? If the number is less than 6, we need to save them for V2.1
T_boards.

Zhenyu

Hi Zhenyu and all,

Mike C. test soldered an Inner cable to the V2 T-Board. The wiring will fit
snuggly in 5.12mm so a 6.2mm height restriction should be fine.

See details at the link below.

In the pictures, you can see that the cable makes a right angle turn then
enters the T-Board on the short side nearest the via holes the cable is
soldered to. When we solder up the rest of the V2 T_boards we have, from
which direction should the cable approach the T-Board? Does it even matter
for the tests?
