That depends on which quote you're asking about. 

If you look at the KC Electronics quote (Page 3, page 4) - he quoted the full 
package (with price breakdown by item). That would be the custom cable, 
connectors, Backshells, pins, and jackscrews, assembly (Stripping, tinning, 
labeling conductors on one end, terminating the other end into the d-sub 
connector), and testing. He would deliver the finished product. He is the 
vendor we used for the test cables. 

The quote on pages 5-7 is for the cable only made by AlphaWire, and shipped 
through Allied Electronics (One of the authorized distributors). This does 
not include any assembly or other parts. 

The quote on page 8 is for assembly only, from Sub-Sem (following the notes 
from cable drawing on Page 2). We would be required to supply to them the 
cable, connectors, Backshells, pins, and jackscrews.

Page 1 of the document breaks down all the quotes to individual line items, 
there are no "finished product" totals on this page.

Does the cost include the connectors/components, and assembly on the T-board 
side of the cable?
