Let me rephrase. I have two versions of the cable drawing, a Rev A dated 
3/20/2019, and a Rev B dated 3/28/2019. 
        -Rev A had the "Via Ref Des" values for the original unproduced 
T-Board. 
        -Rev B had the "Via Ref Des" values for the V2.0 T-Board.

Rev B was attached to the requisition/PO that went to the vendor, this is 
correct for the V2.0 T-Board. I can only assume that this version would've 
been sent to the vendor, as it was attached to the PO before we gave the job 
to them. 

I do not have the email communications between Steve and the vendor (I've 
also checked with John Hammond, who wrote the PO. He does not have any 
communications between Steve and the vendor). The only emails I have are the 
ones in this chain below. I'm not sure if he sent any copies to this list or 
others, as I was not on these lists until late July. I remember he needed 
these drawings for a presentation that occurred over a weekend some time in 
March/April/May, I'm not sure if that may lead you to any other lists or 
sources. 

To my knowledge, the four boards you have should be made correctly.

Hi Mike, thank you for finding these emails. 

During today’s meeting, you said an updated spreadsheet with the correct wire 
soldering map and instruction for T-board 2.0 was sent to the assembly 
vendor, so the 4 test cables with T-board 2.0 I received in May were made 
correctly. Do I understand this correctly? Do you have the email 
communications on this with Steve or the vendor?
