Hi,

As was touched upon at last weeks meeting, it seems to me that we need to organize the material we go through better.
I noticed that going tru "last weeks action items" really take a long time as it often goes into detail.
I will suggest that the response should be brief (done, underway details later, not done), and if more discussion is need we do it at the end of the meeting, or if it related to a specific item come back to it at that point. The aim should be that the major items are covered after one hour and then leave maybe another 1/2hour for details.

Tentative meeting agenda:

0. follow-ups on the action items from last week (see *** below)
1. Integration
by Rahul Sharma/Felix Archampong
2. Hybrid
by Maowu Nie, Jianing Dong
2. Mechanical structure
by Yi Yang
3. Prototype Module Assembly and Test by Xu Sun
4. Tracking Studies
by Krishan Gopal, Daniel Brandenburg
5. Simulation Studies
by Shenghui Zhang

*** Action items from previous weeks ***

1) Integration: send an email with detailed questions to the list to
collect information - Rahul/Felix
2) Document the procedure and requirements of gluing hybrids onto MS
for Plan A at NTU - Yi/Han-Sheng
3) Document the procedure and requirements of gluing hybrids onto MS
for Plan B by AIDC. This is needed before new hybrid production -
Yi/Han-Sheng
4) Document on how/where the company would measure the surface
flatness and being parallel between inner-outer sectors, before and
after glueing hybrids and inner-outer sectors together - Yi/Han-Sheng
5) Look into radiation tolerance test of soft cooling tubes at
BNL/STAR/Taiwan - Flemming/Yi
6) Measuring hybrid flatness, thickness and dimensions - Maowu/Jianing
7) UIC send a T-board and cable to NCKU to check if there is any
conflict with the MS - Zhenyu
8) Looking into alternative clustering algorithm to improve matching
efficiency - Xu
9) Tune the timing setting for ADC sampling - Gerard/Xu
10) Studying the tracking performance by varying the Z-locations of
FST disks, and number of r/phi segments - Krishan/Daniel
11) Looking into FST simulation and track reconstruction to compare
300 vs 500 micron thick sensors - Shenghui
