Hi Mike,

I just dropped off two cables, FST-TEST-07 and FST-TEST-XX, to you (Building 
510 address) at FedEx. They are expected to be delivered this Thursday 
(tracking number 396389239275).

We had some issues with these two cables:
1. FST-TEST-07: a chip (if we count chip 1-8, I think it was chip #7) is 
missing from the readout. This problem is reproducible
2. FST-TEST-XX: when I first used it, a chip (chip #6) was missing from the 
readout. Next time (a couple of weeks later) when I used it, chip 6 is in the 
readout but the pedestals of the chip showed abnormal behavior. 
Xu will send some plots showing the problems later, which should confirm 
which chip it was.

I think we need to find out the cause of these problems and also implement a 
QC procedure for the inner signal cable assembly for production.
