Hey Zhenyu, Gerard,

I couldn't identify any issues with the FST-TEST_XX cable. I measured point
to point from the D-Sub pins to an extra male Nicomatic connector - I tried
wiggling the Nicomatic connector with some leads attached and didn't see any
changes in measurement. I confirmed the various clock/trigger and bias
voltage pin continuities as well, no issues there. I checked each pin with a
pick - all pins are securely soldered, none were loose.

Not sure what else to investigate with this cable. Perhaps Gerard can take a
look when he goes to UIC.

I've re-pinned these two cables per our private discussions/plan for the
modified ABC board - Moved pins 1, 16 to position 33, 34 respectively. If we
want to use these with an old ABC we just need to insert the two pin jumper
in the T-Board.

Gerard,

The pin extractor I used for the pin swap is an Amp 91285-1 (green tip) - in
case you don't have one that fits.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Mike,

Thanks a lot for checking the cables. It is good to find the cause of the
problem for FST-TEST-07. Please find the answer to your question below.

Yes. This is correct.
