Please find the updates of T-board redesign on our side below:

We found a 2mm offset for the four corner holes, which might be the main 
reason of misalignment between T-board and MS. We reduce 2mm for the 
four corner holes to solve the problem.

For hole size estimation, we take all the possible tolerance sources 
into account, and also consider the head screw and PEEK washer. We 
finally set the diameter of the hole to 3mm. More detail discussion can 
be found in the above slides.

We also sent our gerber files to the vendor for preliminary estimation. 
The vendor just gave a positive feedback today. They think the new 
design can move to production once we required.
