hi Zhenyu,
I think it is not a good idea to write "ES&H: TBC" anywehere in this presentation. If it is TBC, and you are quite confident it won't be a problem, then better just drop the text "ES&H: TBC". It adds no value to the presentation and just begs questions. If you're not confident, well...
The safety committee probably likes to see datasheets on all referenced special materials. I guess the plan is that comes separately from the presetation? That makes sense, how it was done in the past as I recall.
Do you have any reference on the safety acceptability of cadmium plating on the cooling tube? You may be asked about this, I guess. It would be best if you can quickly knock down any objection to it by reference to some industry specification or to prior use at RHIC or something.
My opinions anyway...

Flemming is correct that two TBCs means that these two glues and thermal grease
are needed to be approved by BNL.
I would like to ask to add slide 9 from my Sept. 28 report which indicates
that the thermal grease works fine after radiation test.
I would also like to confirm that all production works are strictly following the
ES&H rues at NCKU and NTU (TiDC).
