Basically the only thing that I remember is that there is an IST interlock
line coming from what used to be called the 'Jim Thomas' box and an interlock
line coming from the IST cooling system that goes directly from the cooling
rack to the IST electronics rack. The 'Jim Thomas' IST interlock line is only
dependent on the Inner Field Case interlock, I think. Both that IST interlock
line and the IST cooling rack interlock line end up to a little panel sitting
in the IST electronics rack and which 'translates' these two interlocks in
interlock signals which go into the back of the IST electronics crates.

Gerrit also suggested to ask Bill about the IFC interlock. It is great to see
that Bill did it even before I asked him.
