I looked through the trigger thresholds and rates from 2015, which could give 
us some guidance for Run24. 

-BHT2
-- Threshold: 18
-- Other condition: BBCMB
-- Rate: 80 - 180 Hz (end of fill to beginning of fill)
-- Prescale: 1
-- Monitor trigger: BBCMB

-BHT1
-- Threshold: 11
-- Other condition: VPDMB-30
-- Rate: 200 - 600 Hz
-- Prescale: 1
-- Monitor trigger: VPDMB-30

-dimuon
-- Threshold: very loose
-- Other condition: none
-- Rate: 100 - 300 Hz
-- Prescale: 1
-- Monitor trigger: VPDMB-novtx

If the band width is limited, we can probably run BHT1 with a prescale of 2 
or 3.
