Thanks for the nice abstract. Some comments below.

6. “probe the theory on different energy scales” is a bit vague. It’s not clear if you mean that charmonia and bottomonia each access different energy scales from each other, or if collectively they access different energy scales than, say, high-pT light quark bound states or jets. Actually even picking any given interpretation of the sentence, I’m not sure what you mean by it — even light hadrons can be produced either at low or high energy. Please clarify.

12. It seems like this is missing something. You’re saying from the first sentence that quarkonia are useful for testing calculations, and here say the same thing but specifically about charmonium, when this was implied already by your parenthetical mention of c quarks. Did you mean “production of the J/\psi (c\bar{c}) as a function of multiplicity” for example? Without more detail it seems redundant with the first sentence. 

15. You mention heavy-ion here for the first time. It would be great to motivate the use of quarkonia in the medium (e.g. medium thermometer, testing relative contribution of dissociation/recombination, etc.), say in the first paragraph.
