  Please find my comments below.
On production mechanism part,
Line 4 , Quarkonia, bound states of heavy quarks and antiquarks -> 
J/Psi, bound states of charm and anti-charm .
Line 5, represent -> give
Line 6-7, as they allow ... a different approach -> as the production of 
J/Psi involves both perturbative  and non-perturbative process.
Line 9, Whereas at high energies... different approach, you need to 
rephrase the sentence.
You will also talk about Heavy ion collisions, so please also add 
motivation for that.
Line 10, to fully explain experimental results such as polarization and 
p_T spectra.
Line 10-12, why do you think J/Psi is special from other quarkonium?, If 
no, please change it to J/Psi.
In general, I suggest you make it more clear on what collisions system, 
collisions energy as well as observable you want to show.

Line 14-16, you can mention the collision system and collision energies 
as well as observables you want to talk about here.
