Hi Gene and all,

I have added the sDCAxy in my QA code as this is required for centrality determination. The way I have calculated this variable is the following:

StPicoPhysicalHelix heli = gTrack->helix(gTrack->gMom().Mag()); // gTrack belongs to StPicoTrack

sDCAxy=heli.geometricSignedDistance(pRcVx.x(), pRcVx.y())); // pRcVx is the primaryVertex

Before I go ahead and submit a large no. of jobs, this is just to make sure that the variable is calculated right. Please let me know if anyone has any questions/comments.

At the QA board meeting last Friday, TPC experts mentioned that sDCAxy is more sensitive to space charge calibration than DCA. Therefore, it makes sense to replace DCA with sDCAxy mean and sigma for determining bad run list for centrality calibration. I suggest to add this point to the agenda if there will be a centrality meeting tomorrow.

By the way: I will not be able to join the meeting tomorrow though.
