STAR task force for tuning PYTHIA

Hello all,

Just to follow up from today’s meeting, we have a few action items for the 
coming weeks. There are a few (completed) RIVET analyses listed below that we 
need some people-power to quickly test+add to our repo., so if there are any 
volunteers please let me know.  

Tuning software setup:
- Docker container for Professor - Raghav/Matt
- Adapting job submission scripts for MC generations on RCF - Manny/Renee

New RIVET analyses for testing: 
- PHENIX Drell-Yan (PHENIX_2019_I1672015) - ?
- NuSea Drell-Yan (NUSEA_2003_I613362) - ?
- Z production @ 510 GeV - Matt
