Hello,
indeed, we discussed this and I said that we need as much time as possible.
But I think that until mid-January is fine. The big items (RDOs) are really only a week
of time (1/2 day each). The only possible issue is Tim's time spread between all other needs.

Hi Flemming,We can discuss this during one of the upcoming OPS/TPC meetings. In the meantime, we should begin working on an estimate of the extent of the damage and the time required for repairs. As per the schedule I sent on September 24 to ops, we start to prepare for the next run in the second week of January, and finish it in about a month. This timeline could certainly be pushed back by a month if necessary. Also official start date of the run is not confirmed, high likely it will push further. It is pretty sure that we won’t be the ones driving the overall length of the shutdown, but it would be beneficial to have an estimate soon for how many months we’ll need for our work. Thanks,Prashanth

Subject: Re: [[Star-ops-l] ] Shutdown Operations Meeting and ScheduleHi Prashanth,
normally Thursdays at 2pm would be fine, but 10/17 is the Directors all
hand meeting.
We also need to make sure Tim and Tonko can attend.
