Hi All,

as the tpc group was ask to be part of discussion I prepared a short document to what issues should be discussed based on many recent e-mail discussion, and discussion in the TPC group.
If the are other issues to bring up I will add them to the document. It would be useful if the people that has input to these whether it be as questions or response would prepare for the discussion. You can have slide, but keep it to 1 or 2 at most to make sure we get though the agenda, and to reach some conclusions
