Yes, The readout boards are mounted to the water manifold.
I don't have the water manifold drawings but...
See attached photo from the test sector. The water manifold is mounted above the strong-back (drawings Jim provided).
Where I note in orange there are 2x boards installed on the lowest rung of the water manifold...then 2x more on the next rungs.
The boards are 23.5cm x 18.5cm.

I believe the RDOs are mounted on the water manifolds. I tried to look
for some pictures , but they are not well organized.
