Dear NSF L2s/DL2s,

Just a quick check on the status of the documents that were due last week:
  - Tech Specs update (7/1)
  - QA/QC docs - 1 per L3 (7/3)
  - Scope Contingency/Opportunity tables (7/5)

So far, I've only heard from Muons. Could the rest of you let me know where I can access your documents. I'll get started looking them over.
