Hi all,

Just a reminder of the following prep items that are due this week (see here for the full list).
    Jul-05: scope contingency/opportunity tables (need versions from LAr and Tile)
    Jul-10: BOEs updated
    Jul-10: Traceability tables
Please let me know where you stand on these.

The next item is to hold practice talks/drilldowns. We'd like to structure this in the following way.

1. L2 talks: the PO should sit in on these, and you should invite your L3s as well. Please let us know times that would work for you next week between Monday and Thursday, or even this Friday if you'd prefer.

2. L3 talks: the PO will not be able to participate in all of these. Please organize them with your L3s yourselves and let us know when they will be held. We in the PO will try to attend as many as we can.

3. L3 Drilldowns: we've moved these to the week of 22-26 July. Please schedule a session for each of your L3s and let us know about them. The PO will attend as many as possible.
