Dear All,

Here is some additional information regarding the Director’s Review for FDR. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO L3s THAT PLAN TO ATTEND. The main points are

 

• Enclosed in information on local transportation (airports, train stations etc)
• Enclosed is information on the venue and how to get there
• Finally assume that the meeting will start at 9am on Mon July 29 (except for an executive committee meeting at 8:30am), and end by about 3pm Wed July 31
• Reminder: IF you plan on using the group rate for Aloft, it is held until July 14 (you may find better deals online, but this rate is guaranteed until then if you plan to use it).
• Reminder: please fill in the Doodle poll if you haven’t already done so. I need it for coffee planning purposes. Thanks.

Dear NSF scope L2 managers & Deputies  (PLEASE PASS THIS ALONG TO L3s and ICs and any others you think should know) & NSF attendees (if others at NSF plan on coming please pass on) & Others:

 

• Attached is an updated Hotel info for Director's Review for ATLAS NSF FDR July 29-31. The main difference is that we have secured a group rate at the Aloft Hotel ($185/night + tax) use https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1561671765369&key=GRP to access that rate. That rate is available until July 14.
• I need to get a head count in order to figure out the coffee/tea/snack amounts to order. So please fill in the doodle poll https://doodle.com/poll/as2hkqc3hf9m7r6p with a checkmark if you are attending in person.
• More specific venue details, local transportation information will follow later (just a quick note that LaGuardia airport is the closest one to Columbia)
