So, to summarize, for a savings of $1.7M we'd lose 5% of our HH->bbbb acceptance. For an additional savings of $1.6M, we'd lose another 5% acceptance.

For reference, what fraction of the total NSF HTT cost is the $3.2M?

No - what is quoted is the additional savings that would be realized after the first option is exercise.

I should have been more clear. If we don't do both then is the impact 10% or 15% on H->bb acceptance.
