Hi L2s et al, Here is the latest version of Mark’s EPO talk (#891) and updated EPO plan (#644). Please have a look so that you are aware of the plan and how your L2 contributes (the slide you are adding to your talk on EPO). Also sharing your slide with Mark would be helpful for him when you have it (or point him to where it is in your talk). Mike

Hi Rhoumela, I dont’ seem to be able to get into the DocBD website (but may just be using the wrong password). In any case would you mind uploading the following documents (attached). * update of EPO document (Doc# 644) * EPO FDR talk Thanks very much. Cheers, Mark

One commentSlide 2 or maybe 3: I wonder if there could be a bullet that expands on the âuniqueâ aspect of the HL-LHC project. If I recall some of the discussions with Rob Semper, he seemed to be impressed by the scale of the LHC work â that somehow the scale (i.e. number of participants) offered opportunities for the establishment of a real cohort and would help with the sense of inclusionOn the connection info and documents:
- The EPO strategy document is DocDB644. I forget if you have access to DocDB so you can enter an updated version on your own or not (if you have an account at BNL). If not, you can always send the file to Rhoumela Freedman (rfreedman AT bnl.gov ) and she can upload it for you. Use the same DocDB number to upload your new version (if you see the Update Document link/button then you can)
- You should upload your talk to a new docDB entry for the Directorâs Review. Once you have done that you can send the DocDB number to Rhoumela and she will link it to the indico page. Again if you cannot upload, send the file to Rhoumela and she can create the new document.
- The indico site has remote connection info. We will have audio only, and I can advance your slides. Just in case you donât see it, I copy it here
