Hi Tom,

Yes you should. The excel I sent has the statistics for that manpower(for postdocs, grad students, undergrads) for on-project and scientific labor by institution (and the details if you expand the groups). So a table showing those statistics and what they are working on in general terms would do it.

Mike

Hi Gustaaf,

So should we put together a slide based on that training?

Best,

Tom

That is the bulk of our EPO plan, so that's fine.

Best,

Gustaaf

Maybe I missed sending the template, but I did send a spreadsheet with the scientific and on project labor by category (for each institution) - I hope you got that, see below. The thought was that the template would be one slide with the numbers and a brief description of the types of activities (understandable by layman)  being carried out in the subsystem.

Attached is an excel file using the DR data showing the profile (in FTE-Years) for the various kinds on manpower. The on project labor is designated by with "project" at the start of the resource name, and the scientific labor has "scientific" at the start of the resource name. It is listed by institution (so note it may have various WBS's). If you expand the groups you can see the activities for those resource types which may help in characterizing their activities. This should help in you summary of EPO activities both on and off project for your L2 talk.
