Hi Mike, Mark, all,
Having only recently heard of the request to include EPO
info in the L2 talks, I am scrambling to gather the relevant
info for my subsystem. Looking through the other L2 talks
posted, I don't see any such info in those talks either, at
least so far. I am therefore concerned by the comment on
Mark's p. 6 that says: "Each L2 manager will describe..."
This was not part of the L2 talk template, and I am concerned
we are now left scrambling to try put something coherent and
at least somewhat uniform across subsystems together, and
this comment in Mark's plenary talk might serve mostly to
highlight that we are not so well prepared for this?

Hi Mike, All,
Attached is my draft EPO talk. I am also updating the assocated document.
I can incorporate any suggestions or comments easily before noon this Wed,
and with more difficulty thereafter due to travelling.
Thanks,
Mark
