FYI. We will likely start the main session somewhat earlier than 9:30 as we anticipate that the NSF folks (Mark Coles, Rebecca Yasky and Erica Stein) will make a presentation (~20min) to the committee and our team on NSF FDR expectations and areas that PDR noted needed improvement. The plan needs to be confirmed to confirm NSF wants to do that, but the Executive session which is scheduled from 8:30-9:30 will probably be cut short and we will start the plenary session at around 9:10am with the NSF presentation (stay tuned). Please plan on showing up at 9:00 at the latest.

Yes – we will prepare some slides and send them by the end of the week. I think it might be more helpful for all if we share the slides with everyone, not just the review panel, since our goal in being present is to make sure there is a common level of understanding regarding NSF’s expectations and criteria for a successful FDR.
