Hi All,

Attached is an updated version of the note to NSF. I took into account the comments received as well as some minor adjustments. The emphasize the the pain I took all labor (engineer,tech etc, as well as PO) for the period 4/1/20-3/31/21 (which meant correcting what I sent earlier, which had a mistake of not breaking out PO as well). So that meant taking FY20 (which is 6months for the MREC) + 0.5 x FY21.

We can send the L2 narratives as backup to mark is he needs more detail.
