Hi,

It would be better to show history starting with April 2020, since that's the project start....

Best,

Gustaaf

Dear NSF L2s,

Now that we've completed the DR practice talks, there are a couple of slides that we'd like to make more regular across the L2 talks. Suggestions are given below.

1. Earned Value Indices slide: we think that the best strategy (except for LAr) for this slide is to just include the two earned value history plots (for the period May-20 - May-21) at L2 and then also show the CPR numbers from the spreadsheet sent out by the PO. Put the L3 history plots into the backup. You can see an example of what we're proposing on slide 19 of Stephanie's Trigger talk:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/12057/ <https://indico.bnl.gov/event/12057/>
You could then just mention the main features of the L2 history plots, but only discuss the sources of the current schedule and cost variances in the non-COVID and COVID variance slides.

2.For the "% Complete and Work Remaining" slide, we'd suggest to just quote the % complet per L3 system from the May CPR and give a very brief (one sentence) summary of where you are in the schedule. This would just hit the highest point from your technical progress slides.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments about this.

Thanks  -  Hal
