U.S. ATLAS HL-LHC Upgrade Level 2 and Deputies-NSF only Management Mailing List

The plots in IPD can be produced for 12 months only so all SPI/CPI and 
BCWS/BCWP/ACWP plots will start in June 2020. The idea is to see the trend in 
the last few months not since the beginning of the project.
