Hello all,

Thanks for filling the variance reports.  A few comments:

-6.4.1: "The cumulative cost variance is due is dominated by 
COVID-related inefficiencies in the work performed on the ADC and optics 
development. "
 => aside from the manifest language issue, I don't understand: how 
does a positive cost variance arise from a work inefficiency?  A 
positive cost variance means work was done with fewer resources than 
planned, ie the efficiency was higher, not lower than planned.  BTW, all 
of this variance (and more) is at SMU..

Please fix 6.8.2 and 6.8.3, see comments below.
