Hello all,

The May variance reports are overdue:

6.4.1 is still missing

6.6.3 is good

6.8.2: the explanation is mostly about schedule variance, but only a 
cost variance is requested.  It took me a bit of time to guess at what 
the explanation for the cost variance is supposed to mean: is it that 
more new design work than expected is needed for the prototype?  The 
impact is only about schedule, whereas the variance is required for 
cost.  Similarly, the corrective action seems to be about schedule 
(although that's not 100% clear).

6.8.3: Also here, the requested report is for cost, not schedule 
variance.  The statements on cost are good, so just remove the 
statements about schedule.

Please revisit 6.8.2 and .3, and get the missing report in asap.
