Hi Mike,

Here's an annotated version.  Mostly minor fixes of typos, just one big 
one.  We cannot write "We passed a L0MDT BCP to re-align the baseline 
schedule with the working schedule due to increased complexity" in a 
report!  You cannot do BCPs primarily to align the baseline and working 
schedules.
