Thanks for filing most variance reports.  A few comments

-6.4.1: you should also say there was a mistake in statusing.  Otherwise 
the BCP is not allowed!

-6.4.2 is missing

-6.4.3: "Delay is also being caused by the lack of FPGAs to assemble on 
the French LASP boards," is not true.  The easiest is probably to remove 
that sentence.

-6.5.1 is fine

-6.6, 6.6.1, 6.6.3 are fine

-6.6.4: there is a $237k schedule variance that is not discussed

-6.6.5: "Error in reporting will be address in the September reports. "?

-6.8 is missing

-6.8.2 is fine

-6.8.3: "It is not yet clear if the additional effort will significantly 
ameliorate the negative SV over time, so there is currently insufficient 
evidence to amend EAC for WBS 6.8.3." is a little strange as extra 
effort should lead to making up schedule.  I think it's a leftover from 
when there was a cost variance...  maybe just delete?
