Hello all,

A quick update - remember that this needs to converge *today*:

6.4 and 6.4.2 are still missing

-6.8: we need to quantify the fraction represented by the different contributions.  In this case it can be read from the L3 report, but it should still mention it, so something like "The negative SV is driven by WBS 6.8.3 (Global Trigger firmware) - $270k of $310k - due to…”

-6.8.2: if the $130k will stay, did the ETC include a $130k correction?  If not, please say in the corrective action that this will be done starting next month, and please make sure it does.  Otherwise the EAC is off.

Thx

Gustaaf

Hello all,

An update.  (Keep in mind that February is short so Mike needs to send the report to NSF on Monday, so this needs to converge by Friday.)

-6.4 is missing
-6.4.1 is good
-6.4.2 is missing
-6.4.3 was already good

-6.5* are good

-6.6* were already good

-6.8 is missing
--> now complete
-6.8.2: when will this L3 be closed?  Will there be a remaining cost variance?  If so we’ll want to make a corrective action at some point to make sure it doesn’t affect the EAC
--> We can consider this L3 "closed" now. The current cost variance of $133k will remain.
-6.8.3 is good

-6.10.2 is missing

Best,

Gustaaf
