Dear L2 managers – please forward to any attending L3s in your subsystem (I tried to send this from my Columbia account, but it may be held up -forgive the duplicate if so):

 

In preparation for your visit to Nevis Labs tomorrow (Tuesday) here is some relevant information that may be helpful to you (we will have hard copies available at the lab tomorrow as well).

 

Getting to Nevis - 136 S. Broadway, Irvington NY. For example Google Maps understands "Nevis Labs" (Nevis Labs Columbia University - Google Maps) 

 

When you get to Nevis - After you park your car (or walk up from the train station) you should see a building labelled as "Nevis Science Center", which should have the doors open and is next door to the parking lot. That is where a light breakfast (pastries/bagels/coffee/tea/juice) will be available starting at 8:30am. There will also be hardcopy agendas, maps, and name badges available in that building. The plenary session will be held there. Note there are no bathrooms in this building.

 

 

Updated Agenda and breakout room info - The updated agenda is posted on the website, and attached here for your convenience. There will also be paper copies available when you arrive.

 

Getting Connected - Wifi passwords: If available, please use the networks “nevis-research-building” (will work in all buildings). Password is “higgsino”

 

Review webpage: Review of the NSF Scope | April 2023 (bnl.gov) with access code "p2-lhc", and for DocDB the username is "reviewer" with password "p2-lhc"
