Hello all,

A reminder that the May VRs are due soon. Keep in mind that the May working
schedule is our basis for the July review, so it’s crucial to fully
understand the variances. This will have to go into your slides.

Many are already posted (thanks!), here are some comments:

-6.4.3 looks good, I have approved it

-6.5.4: I don’t understand this: any pre-rebaselining variance would have
been zeroed out, and in fact there is no variance at Columbia. I have
unlocked this.

-6.6.3: the SV report looks fine, but CV is missing, so I have unlocked this.

-6.6.4: "The schedule variance of $866k is mostly due to delays in the
schedule. We are set to enter full production now, so are hit with a variance
of roughly $720k.” This basically says there is a schedule variance because
there is a schedule variance. Please say something about the actual source.
(I guess it’s purchase of comonents…) I have unlocked this.

-6.6.5: looks good but you forgot to submit. (BTW, I think you meant
“remainder” rather than “reminder”)

-6.8 looks good and I have approved.
-6.8.3: nice to see a $100k positive variance this month. I approved the
text.

Best,

Gustaaf
