Hello all,

It turns out NSF needs updated CERN need-by dates for their internal 
reporting.  I tried to devise these from what we presented at the last annual 
review, basically adding 8 months to each of the need-by milestones (except 
for LAr, where I have numbers from Michel).  The 8 months comes from the 
shift in the end of Run 3.  Michel used the additional delay in the start of 
HL-LHC to make the I&I schedule a little less tight (except for ITk).

Please let me know if these seem sensible to you.  We will make it clear to 
NSF that these are preliminary.  A reply by the end of the week would be 
appreciated.
