Hi Gustaaf,

The logic of this seems good to me. I'm cross-checking the dates with respect to all the schedules floating around to make sure there are no obvious inconsistencies, but will only finish tomorrow.

One thing that we might want to consider (for later) is to shift the Tile float calculation to be based on the LVPS since the Main Board is pretty much done now. I think that the "required at CERN" date should remain the same since the Main Boards and the LVPS will be mounted at the same time.

Thanks  -  Hal

Hello all,

It turns out NSF needs updated CERN need-by dates for their internal reporting.  I tried to devise these from what we presented at the last annual review, basically adding 8 months to each of the need-by milestones (except for LAr, where I have numbers from Michel).  The 8 months comes from the shift in the end of Run 3.  Michel used the additional delay in the start of HL-LHC to make the I&I schedule a little less tight (except for ITk).

Please let me know if these seem sensible to you.  We will make it clear to NSF that these are preliminary.  A reply by the end of the week would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Gustaaf
