Hello all,

Please remind your teams to file their variance reports today.  The deadline 
is tomorrow and many are missing (6.4, 6.4.1, 6.4.2, 6.5.4, 6.6.4, 6.8.1, 
6.8.4).  Below are comments on those that have been filed.

-6.4.3: I have approved, but presumably at some point the expensive LASPs and 
LASP test stands will be bought?  Something to consider for next month.
-6.6: I have approved (but note that for the CSM we’ll just have to carry the 
variance, as most of that is in the past)
-6.6.3: I have approved 
-6.6.5: I have approved (but maybe next month say something about the BCP in 
the corrective action here as well)
