Hello all,

The VRs are due.  Here are my comments on those that have been posted.  For the others, please do this asap (and make a note in your calendar to remind yourself the 15th of every month that this is due).

Best,

Gustaaf

-6.4: I have approved
-6.4.1 is missing
-6.4.3: you say "LASP delays have also caused money not to be spent on expensive LASPs and LASP test stands yet” but this would not cause a cost variance, as you would not have statused reception of these things.  Also, how can a 10% schedule variance have no impact?  Is there no actual delay?  (In his statement, John wrote "Overall the different elements of the LAr system range between about 1-3 months behind schedule.”)  => I’ve unlocked this.

-6.5.4 is missing

-6.6.1 I have approved
-6.6.3 needs to be submitted
-6.6.4 is missing

-6.8.1 I have approved
-6.8.4 is missing
