Hello all,

        I append Heidi's email with the latest Scrubbing
Report after the changes I put in today to the NSF scope.
All the NSF changes I know of, except for a few new
(and minor) ones from Kj, are in by now, so I asked Heidi
to also produce the P6 "diff" report.
        I need all NSF scope to urgently go carefully over
the reports and look for any issues requiring fixing.  I
note there are some concerns:

1. the MREFC increase is ~$1.14M.  I had expected the ~675k
increase for FEB2, which arises due to the new LTDB quotes.
I also expected some BE increase, due to Kj increasing some
mpwr, though John H. expected some SBU decrease due to the
sRTM.  As of now, the BE increased by ~$238k, which is a
bit of a surprise.  Also, FE increased by ~$227k, which is
also not so clear (decrease in ASIC costs was not enough
to compensate for increase in VTRx+?)

2. FE and FEB2 have small offsetting changes in preMREFC.
However, BE has increase of $57k!  While a small number
compared to the MREFC costs, I do not see any way to get
such a preMREFC increase approved, since it would take
pretty much all the remaining preMREFC contingency!  So,
we need to understand this, and see how to eliminate the
increase (by shifting it to MREFC if necessary).

        All this is urgent.  The hope is to bring the
BCP to the CCB on Wed. next week, so we need to find and
fix any problems this week in order to iterate and be
ready.  So, please start looking asap!

Attached for your review is the Diff and Scrubbing Reports to support 
the BCP 1010 changes. The current changes were compared to the Admin 
Change for LAr currently in Cobra and the total change is $1,195,620 
with MREFC equaling $1,140,438. Please advise of changes needed.
