Dear All,

Here is some additional information regarding the Director’s Review for 
FDR. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO L3s THAT PLAN TO ATTEND. The main points are

  * Enclosed in information on local transportation (airports, train
    stations etc)
  * Enclosed is information on the venue and how to get there
  * Finally assume that the meeting will start at 9am on Mon July 29
    (except for an executive committee meeting at 8:30am), and end by
    about 3pm Wed July 31
  * Reminder: IF you plan on using the group rate for Aloft, it is held
    until July 14 (you may find better deals online, but this rate is
    guaranteed until then if you plan to use it).
  * Reminder: please fill in the Doodle poll if you haven’t already done
    so. I need it for coffee planning purposes. Thanks.
