You are correct, this did not reflect the new cost sharing for the optics or the ADC. I've attached a corrected version now with the changes highlighted in red.
I also double checked this against what is in the drill down report in docdb840. The cost sharing is in the report. However, I found three new changes. They are small, but I know this will still require a BCP, not sure when that should happen. Two are name changes I asked for didn't get propagated in in the last update. And one change to the cost of the VL+ chips for the prototype FEB2 that I think I missed (delta of +$6150). The relevant parts lines are:
