Dear All,

 

We are trying to review and provide feedback to all Variance Analysis

Reports (VARs) so all principals – CAMs, L2s/Deputies -- can learn how

to write good reports. We found that some of the reports are missing,

others need revisions. Please remember that the reports need to be

written at L2 as well as at L3.

 

I have attached a spreadsheet with all reports that need to be

added/submitted/edited.

 

For those that have an **OK** please make sure that you have actually

**submitted** them (a few are only in the update stage). If they need to

be revised we can always unlock them for editing.  We would ask that the

L2 managers and Deputies read and sign off on the reports before they

are resubmitted.

 

Please make sure that you select August in the Fiscal Month (see below).

The system always goes to the last available reporting period – this

would be September since the September data is already available in IPD.

 

Please complete all VARs and all updates to VARs by Monday, October 21

(5pm eastern).

 

I have also attached a few examples of VARs from phase 1 that can give

you an idea what information is needed.
