Take a look at the December CPR report. which I attach so that you don't 
have to get it from docdb.  A brief summary for each L3:

- 6.4.1 is still OK, with no variance needed for SPI, though CPI is 
still underspent

- 6.4.2 has same SPI (0.86) as last month

- 6.4.3 has slightly improved SPI, but still only 0.48

- 6.4.4 has greatly improved SPI (0.94), but is greatly underspent (CPI 
= 2.60)

- 6.4.5 has SPI improved to 0.88 (from 0.84), but still not quite above 
threshold of 0.9

Please check your entries and let me know any issues.  The L2 variance 
report for Dec. will again have to include all 5 L3s.
