Hi all,

	Since a number of people can't make it, I am cancelling today's weekly 
LAr HL-LHC mtg.  I did upload to the agenda the Dec. CPR report for you 
to go over.  Also, I put there the most recent Scrubbing Report, for 
people to start thinking about necessary adjustments to their RLS in the 
upcoming "true up".  Note that the Scrubbing Report has a new format, 
with multiple lines per task in order to show each resource 
individually.  This is more informative than the previous format, but 
will take some time to get used to.
	Send me your main constraints (teaching, ...) for the period from now 
until June or so, and I will put together a doodle poll to try find a 
new time for our weekly meeting starting next week.
