Hello all,

	I attach a new kind of report, prepared by the PO to allow each L3 to 
check that their entries in the monthly status sheet were indeed 
implemented correctly in P6.  This check should help eliminate errors 
before the monthly CPR report is prepared.
	Please take a look at your L3 and let me know any questions or problems 
you find.  The turnaround time is short, so as to not delay the CPR 
preparation too much, so get back to me before COB tomorrow.
        I attach the file itself, so that you don't need to get it out of 
docdb.

We have added the FY20 Status Validation Reports in DocDB 995 
(https://atlas-hllhc.docdb.bnl.gov/cgi-bin/private/ShowDocument?docid=995).

The PDF for each system show only activities ** *in progress *** or 
activities with an actual finish date in December.

Please provide us with your feedback by the end of business day 
tomorrow, *Thursday, Jan. 9*.

Please let Penka, Jenn, Carrie or myself know if you have any issues or 
questions.
